Soft & Tranquil Lay-On Shaker Bedroom Furniture

This Hertfordshire property highlights two beautifully crafted bedrooms – a master bedroom and a spare room. They both feature Planet Furniture’s Lay-On Shaker furniture, hand-painted in Farrow & Ball’s Mizzle.

Designing a serene space promotes a relaxing and restful sleep and that is what our client wanted for her and her husband as well as guests that would come and stay. The soft colour of Mizzle creates a peaceful ambience and the coloured bedding and cushions invite comfort. Each space is filled with natural light from the gorgeous windows that embrace beautiful surroundings and the minimal decor focuses on soothing elements like scented candles, hints of greenery and artwork that evokes calm.

The master bedroom is a harmonious blend of craftsmanship and comfort. Built with custom wardrobes that have been handcrafted with precision, the units offer ample storage and plenty of organisation solutions for a neat and tidy cupboard space. The wall panelling is just another example of true craftsmanship, adding depth and texture to the space with an oak shelf suspended above.

Each bedside table in the master bedroom is tailored to match the overall design, providing practical storage while serving as beautiful focal points on either side of the bed.

Continuing the flow of serenity to the spare room, this bespoke design offers a consistent aesthetic throughout the home. Matching the relaxing atmosphere of the master bedroom, this spare room is designed with maximised storage while maintaining a light and airy feel.

Both bedrooms showcase Planet Furniture’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality and bespoke design. Two harmonious and tranquil bedrooms for this Hertfordshire property reflect a perfect blend of timeless style and modern functionality offering a serene retreat.
