Recently, on Thursday, 5th March 2026, we travelled to the Fisher & Paykel Experience Centre in London, located at 98 Wigmore Street, to participate in the renowned Mastery of Temperature Experience. This immersive event offered a unique opportunity to see how Fisher & Paykel appliances combine precision engineering with thoughtful design to produce the most beautiful food. We indulged in a five-course tasting menu.

During the event, Fisher & Paykel’s in-house chefs demonstrated how their appliances bring this concept to life, allowing us to taste five different dishes. Using premium, sustainably sourced ingredients, we were shown how the advanced temperature management transforms cooking results.
From carefully controlled ovens to integrated refrigeration systems that maintain ideal food storage conditions, each appliance demonstrated how science and design work together. As a result, the food we tried was preserved better, flavours developed, and cooking became more intuitive.

Exploring the Experience Centre
The London Experience Centre is a creative studio designed to inspire architects, designers, and homeowners. Throughout the space, the different kitchen environments demonstrate how the appliances integrate into real homes. These include beautifully curated areas such as a Minimal Kitchen, an Apartment Kitchen and a Subterranean Social Kitchen, each designed to showcase how the appliances adapt to different lifestyles.
Before sitting to taste the five-course menu, we walked through each space to explore how appliances can be positioned, combined and detailed throughout the kitchen layout.
